Hi, An acquaintance has been under the weather for a little over a week adter having his appendix removed. We were chatting when he tells me he has a doctors appt. and he proceeds to announce that he is really tired of going to doctors offices and he knows exactly how I feel. Don't you hate that expression? About a year ago he announced he knew how my brain fog felt because he gets that when he takes an antihistamine. All I can do is bite my tongue. Yea, you know how it feels...I guess he also thinks the coma I was still in 2 years ago was like sleeping, or that PT was like a trip to the gym. I've been a bit subdued lately due to the 2nd anniversary approaching. Tomorrow was the day I woke up after the stroke with no memory of where or why I was in a blank all white room. It is still disturbing to remember those first few hours? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
